Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Topnault Classic Car Parts. If you receive any parts that do not meet your requirements, we offer a 30-day refund policy.

Eligibility For Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the damage is confirmed by tpautoparts the customer can choose return it for a replacement product at no extra cost.


Return Process
To start your return, please contact us at sales@tpautoparts.com. We will provide you with instructions on the refund process, including where and how to return the item(s) to us.
After we received the returned product, it will normally take 48 hours (It will take longer on weekends or holidays)for the refund to be issued. When completed, an email will be automatically sent to you with the refund amount and refund ID. Typically, refunds will be paid to your original form of payment. User's specific collection time will fluctuate according to the specific working days of the bank.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as personalized or customized products. We also do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Non-returnableĀ items:
Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
Damage caused by natural disasters.
Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out.
Theft or loss of a product.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, with labels, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or that are incomplete.
Customized products

Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide you with a full refund, including the shipping costs required for the return.
If the return is due to the buyerā€™s problem (such as: donā€™t like/want the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight. No restocking fee will be charged for returns and refunds.
