We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TP Collision Parts Superstore. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STARTING A REFUND

To start a refund, please contact us atĀ sales@tpautoparts.com. We will provide you with instructions on the refund process, including where and how to return the item(s) to us.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as personalized or customized products. We also do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
