Order
You can search for products and place your order online at https://tpautoparts.com. The product details page has corresponding images, descriptions, specifications and user manuals to help you choose the right product. If you have more questions, you can chat with us online via inbox, or call us on 1-800-815-8275 or email us at sales@tpautoparts.com. Topnault team will be happy to help you find the right product for your needs. But please remember that it is your responsibility to check the contents of the order and submit the information correctly.


Shipping
Note that delivery dates displayed on product detail pages and tracking information are estimates only. Topnault will do its best to ensure prompt and reliable shipping of all products, however, it cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. In the event of shipping delays, Topnault will keep customers informed and make every effort to resolve the issue.
“Business days” for ship-out or delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that fall on a weekday when counting business days. 
TPAutoParts.com does not ship to PO Box, mailbox, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these types of addresses may result in delays. 


Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are processed within 0-1 days of your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Packages are generally delivered within 1-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse. Typically, orders are processed immediately upon receipt, with delivery expected within approximately 2-7 business days from the time of order placement. Please note that shipping times do not account for potential clearance or customs delays, which are beyond our control. Our shipping services are exclusively available within the United States and cover the 48 continental states.

Truck Freight
Truck freight applies to orders with large parts or items—such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc.—that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via truck freight. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via telephone or email with a revised shipping quote.


Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, this does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and US Territories - Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).


Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for products weighing below 120 kilograms. For products weighing between 120 and 200 kilograms, a flat shipping fee of $399 USD applies. Products weighing between 200 and 300 kilograms incur a fixed shipping fee of $570 USD. For products weighing 300 kilograms or more, a fixed shipping fee of $795 USD is applied.

Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, incorrect, or contains items that seem defective. Please note that items may ship separately. We cannot be responsible for missing or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
