Ordered a Ram Sport hood and received damaged product beyond collision shop repair. Email response was very prompt and courteous from TpAutoparts with offer to send replacement hood right away. 2nd delivery was also damaged but would required $250 in repairs. TpAutoparts responded that they would issue a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience I experienced. That was the last I heard from them. No refund, no return calls, no return emails. I have initiated a charge-back through my bank. Buyer beware.
If I would have known how long this would have taken I would have never ordered. It was a week late! Once arrived it had so much damage that I had to basically repair the entire thing, but the delivery was so slow that I had no choice but to repair it. Overall headache. I have photos but can’t figure out how to post them here
The hood for the most part was a good deal , BUT small dents that the paint shop fixed for me. That was minor. Bigger is the inserts for the scoops were missing. Bigger still - Tried calling the contact #[****] ever day since I got the hood but no answers or return called to left messages. Very frustrating!
